Frequently Asked Questions
Everything you need to know about our regenerative farm-to-table delivery.
How is my order packaged for shipping?
We ship our frozen goods in insulated liners with dry ice or gel packs to ensure your products arrive at a safe temperature. Our packaging is designed to maintain freshness for up to 48 hours in transit.
Do you offer international shipping?
Currently, we only ship within the contiguous United States. Due to the perishable nature of our products and customs regulations, we cannot ship to Alaska, Hawaii, or international destinations at this time.
What is your return policy for food items?
Due to food safety regulations, we cannot accept returns on perishable meat products. However, if there is an issue with your order or damage during transit, please contact us within 24 hours of delivery for a replacement or refund.
Are your animals 100% grass-fed?
Yes, our cattle and sheep are 100% grass-fed and grass-finished. They spend their entire lives on pasture, grazing on diverse forages as part of our regenerative land management practices.
When will my order ship?
To ensure your package doesn't sit in a carrier warehouse over the weekend, we typically ship orders on Monday, Tuesday, and Wednesday. Orders placed after Wednesday morning will generally ship the following Monday.
How should I defrost my meat?
For the best quality and safety, we recommend defrosting your meat slowly in the refrigerator. For faster thawing, you can place the vacuum-sealed package in a bowl of cold water, changing the water every 30 minutes.
