Pastured Boston Butt (Bone-In)

This 3.5-pound roast comes from the front shoulder and includes the blade bone. Often used in pulled pork recipes, this staple item is enjoyed frequently in our on-farm restaurant. This roast has a higher fat content than our pork chops, and that fat is a flavor booster once it's been smoked or roasted. This is a very tender and flavorful roast!
